Katie Mitchell's work to build a systematic directing methodology and demystify the directing craft has led to her becoming one of our most influential contemporary theatre practitioners. Her work is now widely taught across the country, both on exam syllabuses at secondary schools and in higher education.

Having studied extensively under Mitchell on a year long training programme, Matthew has first hand experience and insight into her work. He offers bespoke workshops and lectures illuminating the finer details of her renowned directing system and live cinema work.
